UK FRIENDS OF UKRAINE

Support for Ukraine is strong across the political spectrum in the UK and at UK Friends of Ukraine we want to ensure that the current government, alongside as many MPs  and Peers as possible, supports the actions needed for Ukraine to win and liberate all its land from the terrorising Russian occupier.

Currently we have over 125 MPs and over 75 Peers who have backed the #UkraineMustWin campaign. 

As part of our #UkraineMustWin campaign, we have four key asks for MPs to support and actions for the new government to take to help Ukraine win. They are the following :

1. Arm Ukraine to win.
2. Recognise Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism.
3. Make Russia pay by confiscating sanctioned Russian assets and giving the proceeds to Ukraine.
4. Strengthen sanctions and other economic measures to defund the Russian war machine.

We want to ensure that in this Parliament, MPs, Peers and the Government hear a loud and clear message from the public: Ukraine must win and here's how they can help make that happen.

On our own, we cannot reach as many  as we would like or raise the agenda of Ukraine's victory. However, if we unite as one voice for the cause of Ukrainian victory, our message can be amplified so that MPs and the government cannot ignore us.
